Since 1985, the PACE Center for Girls has served more than 21,000 girls in its prevention and early intervention program designed to reduce delinquency in girls. Using Efforts to Outcomes (ETO®) software, PACE has easily integrated performance management into its program model.
As Kimberly Vollmer, Social Services Manager, says, “Performance management ensures we provide consistent, high quality services to our youth. ETO software is easy to navigate and efficient and helps us easily identify service gaps. I don’t think we’d be able to course correct as quickly as we need to without ETO.”
By using ETO, PACE can:
Ensure all sites and staff are implementing their model with fidelity
Record a girl’s initial needs assessment to develop an individual plan
Motivate girls and parents with visual progress update
